How come I keep hearing stuff about "This class is too hard to play"?
When people make builds, and people can't keep up, does that automatically make it a bad build? People should try other games, especially with pets, where you have to control yourself and your pets and control each one of your skills and keep you both healed.

So why do people say some builds are too hard to play?

It just depends on the persons playing type. You can have people that will play a class where you have to push 1 or 2 keys and just sit there and watch. Or you'll get some people who love to be maintaining all sorts of enchants, spells, skills, minions, pets, etc.

Some people just don't understand how to play other classes and so they label them 'Hard to play'.

because you have to be able to use your build in a correct way to make it function correctly
if you have a dumb build like wammo you're just plain suicidal
and as i can see you're talking about a bunny thumper with Heal as One
a kind of hard class to play in PvP is monk
you'll be targeted alot and have to keep yourself and party members alive under pressure

Play a Mesmer. With twitch-reaction interrupts. I phail badly at that one, regadless of how good the build may be

Some builds are basically impossible to play if you lag. Try playing an interupt build with a 1 second ping. It literally becomes impossible unless you just spam your interupts and hope to get lucky (which isn't the smart way to play that build anyways).

GW is a fast pace game compared to most MMOs. You can die very quickly and generally need very good reaction time.

it really depends on the person..i know monks..have a difficult time in pvp..
doesnt matter wat build ur playing..well kinda does but yeah..but if a top ranked guild gave ur guild a build that they run and u guys go in and play..its not going to do u any good unless u know how to work it

Its got nothing to do with the class you play or the skills you use.

All the professions are hard to play unless you know the proper skills to use in the right areas against the right monsters.

some classes require more ability than others.....I still cant get the hang of the off-hand etc attacks of the assassin.....its not hard to play, I just dont feel like taking the time to learn them so I can use them effectively.

Sword is right, there are some people who are just plain bad at this game, and there are some builds that are harder to successfully execute than others. Bisurge, I don't know if you are trying to vent your frustration with some builds or are just simply stating a fact, but if you are venting your frustration about the level of difficulty this game there's always WoW <3

Hard, no. More like different. Some people just can't adapt to a different play style and thus label it hard(or they just plain suck to begin with).

And builds aren't bad just cause someone can't keep up. If you're looking for input, just ignore the trolls and wait for some one who knows what they are talking about to show up.

Ah, but sins CAN tank, you just need the right build. My sin tanks well, even with both monks in my party dead.

Back to the topic, as people have stated, each person is able to play different things better then others, like me for example, I can use any attacking characters very well, casters somewhat, and supporters, yeah Alesia as a lvl 3 would be better then me at lvl 20.

So people would label at least one profession as "hard" because they cannot play as that, while others would label that same profession easy because they are able to play very well as that profession.
